The Tall Micro Bead Sterilizer is designed for rapid sterilization of small research instruments such as forceps, scissors, needles, and other laboratory tools. Filled with the included glass beads, the chamber reaches temperatures up to 300°C to effectively eliminate bacteria, spores, and other microorganisms in as little as 15 seconds.
Featuring precise digital temperature control and a large LED display, the sterilizer allows users to easily monitor and adjust chamber temperature using the convenient control knob. The tall chamber design accommodates larger or longer instruments, expanding its versatility for a variety of research applications.
Unlike traditional flame sterilization methods, the Micro Bead Sterilizer operates without gas, open flames, or chemicals, making it safer for use in laboratory hoods and controlled research environments. The outer casing remains cool to the touch even during continuous all-day operation, while the included safety cover helps conserve energy and reduce heating ramp times when not in active use.
In addition to sterilization, the adjustable temperature range allows the unit to be used for certain incubation applications and the decontamination of select plastic tools or objects.
