Conduct sequential irradiations of groups of up to 20 mice without autoclaving cages between uses. The Rad Disk maintains a filter-protected sterile environment to help prevent contamination during irradiation, transport, and handling.
Its patented offset design allows multiple cages to be vertically stacked while maintaining adequate airflow to each cage. Made from autoclavable polycarbonate, the Rad Disk includes a removable divider system that creates 4–8 compartments for controlled irradiation. Removing the dividers allows mice to move freely for more uniform irradiation exposure.
