The Just for Mouse™ Stereotaxic Instrument was specifically designed for knock-out and transgenic mouse research, providing a compact, economical, and highly accurate solution for stereotaxic procedures. With a small 25 cm x 25 cm footprint, gas anesthesia compatibility, and adjustable ear and tooth bar posts to accommodate animals from 10–75 g, it is ideal for mice and other small rodents. The instrument features a triple lead screw manipulator arm for rapid positioning, optional dual-arm capability, and a choice of standard, digital, or motorized configurations. Precision ranges from 100 microns on standard models to 10 microns on digital versions and 1 micron on motorized systems. Digital models include an LED display, while motorized versions add software control and an integrated stereotaxic atlas. Designed exclusively for mice rather than adapted from rat instruments, the Just for Mouse™ ensures precise placement of electrodes, micropipettes, cannulas, and other devices, making it a versatile and reliable tool for modern neuroscience and biomedical research.
